These people have been hitting google hard lately. I almsot had all of these messages going to my spam box and now more and more are slipping by the filters again. We need some type of international agency that can deal with these scammers.

So if they send an email from a yahoo.com or hotmail.com account, I forward the email to abuse@yahoo.com or abuse@hotmail.com.

In the re subject line I put "419 SCAM CLOSE THIS EMAIL ACCOUNT". This will close the email account till they open the next one (minutes later of course). But it would stop them for a bit if they are in the middle pulling the scam on someone.

That's a good tip, thanks! I knew that PayPal scam messages are to be forewarded to spoof@paypal.com. but I was not sure what to do with these 419 scams.
