Investment Summary

Overview:            An investor is sought to provide the HART Center with the ability to expand into the opportunity available.  We have just started one Center and we are looking to help more people and receive more funds.  We will accept a 40,000 to 100,000 investment with a 12% return on a one to three year note.

Description:  We are a safe transitional living home for ages 18 to 30. We will be working with organic farmers. We provide continued assistance and training to students to fully recover their lives and launch them into productivity and self worth. We will ease homelessness, provide sober living, and give access to education and life skills programs.

Location:  Our first location has opened in Fort Collins, Colorado at 709 Wagner St 80521.  Three new locations are being proposed due to strong community support.  We envision dozens of Centers and Hundreds of LIFE Homes (Living In Family Environments).

Investment Summary:  We are being extremely conservative as we expand.  We do not require the funds (to pay other debt) and we are debt free!  We know that working with a financial partner at this stage will allow us to be financially stronger with the ability to pay the note at any time.

The investor will receive a payment each month by the 1^st of the month.  At the end of the Term (1-3 years) which is negotiable and renewable, the whole loan will be paid back to the investor.  The HART Center will guarantee the Note with a Memorandum of understanding and collateral.  This scenario will provide a strong, safe and stable investment.
